Will I pay customs?
In most cases, you will not be charged any customs fees if you are living in the United States and Canada. However, customs charges are out of our control and are dependent on the local government. If your order is subject to customs charges, you will be responsible to pay them.

What is your refund policy?
We maintain a strict no-refund policy for our courses, as they are considered non-refundable. Upon payment for the courses or learning modules, you gain access to the materials, which can be downloaded and utilized at your convenience, anywhere and anytime. Consequently, we do not provide refunds due to the nature of this access and the ability to use the materials without restrictions.

How long does shipping take?
Once an order is placed, processing can take 1-3 business days followed by the shipping time based on your location. Tracking details will be provided so you can monitor your order's progress.
